Here are terms and condition which should be agreed between the business and client. Fresh Tile Cleaning suggests our valuable clients to go through the terms and condition mentioned below, to avoid confusions in future. Our terms and conditions are updated on regular basis and we reserve the change terms at any given time without giving notice. We recommend our user to check our terms and conditions on regular basis, and keep updated with the same. Your continued use of the website after any alteration will be considered as your acceptance of those changes.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation

The customer can make any changes or cancel the booking service before 24 hours from scheduled appointment. No cancellation charges will be applied before 1 working days of appointment. You can cancel the booking before one day, there’s no cancellation charges in case you inform before one day.

If the customer cancels the scheduled appointment a few hours of services, he or she is liable to pay a cancellation amount minimum $100 as our call out charges. The customer can cancel the appointment by calling us on this number 1800 233 141 or you can write us an email with and providing the reason of cancellation, booking number, address of services, and date of appointment.

There will be extra charges applicable for the services scheduled after 6 pm, early morning or on public holidays and weekends.

Booking

The customer can book the services via phone or email, provided in the website.

The customer is required to provide the card details at the time of booking and authorise the payment for Fresh Tile Cleaning to debit the amount applicable for booking.

The client should have to inform us about any risks such as slippery surfaces, hazards, ingrained dirt and grime inside the surface, and other risks in advance.

Quotations and Pricing

All the quoted prices for the particular services are owned by Fresh Tile Cleaning and we have the right to change them at any time. And the customer has to pay all the prices before the commencement of any work.

We hold the right to change the previous quoted prices if the property does not match the description as stated by the customers at the time of booking.

The tile and grout cleaning price is quoted per square meter. A setup fee will also be charged for steam cleaning the tiles and grouts.

The tiled stairs are priced per steps, the client has to pay additional charges for additional steps. Cleaning any space outside the booked area will cost extra.

Prices quoted for general or specialised tile cleaning includes cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, labour, cleaning equipment.

Payment

The customer has to pay the full quoted amount for the appointed services after the completion of services unless another payment method is agreed between Fresh Tile Cleaning and the client.

The booking will be confirmed if full payment is done before the 1 days of service time.

We accept payments in cash, credit card and bank transfer. If the client considers paying through bank transfer, the client has to make sure the transaction is successfully done before the work has started.

Booking Amendments

The clients are free to make amendments in the booking before the appointed services. They only have to inform us by calling on our toll-free number 1800 233 141 or dropping us an email with the complete details. Amendments made prior two days of the serving time will charge no fee.
